Do I need land before I talk to you?

How much does it cost to build?
It depends on the design, your block and the finishes you choose. Call us or send an enquiry with your suburb and we'll talk you through pricing for your situation.
Can I make changes to a design?
Talk to us about the changes you'd like and we'll let you know what's possible for your block and budget.
How long does a build take?
It depends on the size of the home, approvals and site conditions. We'll talk you through the expected timeline for your project before work starts.
Do you look after council approvals?
Yes. We prepare the documentation for your Development Application (DA) or Complying Development Certificate (CDC) and manage the approval process with council and certifiers.
What is a knockdown rebuild?
You demolish your existing home and build a new one on the same block, so you keep your location and get a brand-new home. See how it works.
What is dual occupancy?
Two homes on one block, either attached (a duplex) or detached. Whether your block qualifies depends on your council's planning rules, so we'll help you check.
